Everyone knows that we love coffee, so when Whole Foods approached us to do a piece on Eileen Hassi, the founder of Ritual Coffee Roasters, our team jumped at the opportunity. Brandon had already worked with her while shooting for his upcoming feature length documentary, "A Film about Coffee", which premiered on April 26th in Seattle. We spent several days learning more about what makes Eileen's approach to coffee so unique, and what it's like running one of the world's most revered coffee brands.
